Black Cobain’s career has been picking up steam since 2010. The VA rapper released his Now mixtape in conjunction with the Board Admnistration, a label fronted by fellow DMV rapper Wale and Marketing Executive Le’Greg O. Harrison. He was also featured on label-mate Fat Trel’s project No Secrets.
Since then, he’s been on tour with Wale, ganing much-needed exposure and honing his craft. He recently dropped the very dope “4 A.M.” and is readyign for his own debut, Youn, Gifted and Black. Our friends at PoetikJust Productions caught up with Black Cobain during a performance at Elon University in North Carolina to discuss all the goigns on in his career and what he aspires to do.
