Earl Sweatshirt, the missing piece of Odd Future, managed to sneak back into the states without Complex mag checking him in customs.  He also offered up future bits of himself, 140 characters at a time, via his new Twitter account and a new snippet of music.  The kid is busy.

“Home” is a pretty obvious title, but also a reintroduction to Earl’s compressed form or word associative flow.  You can try to make sense of it if you want, it’s more form than function, but still an interesting listen.

The jazzy track is modern without being all pompous; chock full of cymbal washes and energetic percussion and Earl handles it with bravado.  Short, sweet and to the point.  He’s  “Home.” Enjoy.
