Gary Clark Jr. is a busy dude these days. He’s fresh from a soul stirring performance at The White House and on his way to SXSW to headline the Warner showcase. He’s a foot stomping blast from the past with a modern blues man’s chic. The sound is effectual, enjoyable, muddy delta goodness.
KEXP must agree because they invited Clark to perform a set at The Roadhouse. The songs include “Don’t Owe You A Thing” and “Bright Lights” and the performance is dope. Check him out.
