I ain’t a stan for no man but I’m a Jon Connor fan. The kid has been torching mics and leaving bodybags on tracks like a pandemic. Recently the Flint Stone was up in Shade 45’s studio with fellow hard worker Statik Selektah chopping it up. that led to a discussion about the Will Farrell movie Semi-Pro and a song from the sound track with Farrell on it. Like two real Hip-Hop representatives, Statik began to chop the song up live on the air, which only led to Jon Connor going off the top of the head. No reading from your phone shit. Real improvisation and risk taking. After that be processed to beat the breaks off of “Otis” the was Jay-Z should have. But I’ve said enough.
