The duality of this track has always been engrossing.  J Cole, a young man raised by a single mother, explores the mixed feeling involved when considering becoming a father before he is ready. The story finds Cole facing the same crossroads his father did, wondering if he should walk away or try to talk her out of having it.  It ended with a cliffhanger of a question: what about your seed nigga? So we never could figure out what Cole decided to do. I guess now we have.
