Should the public even be exposed to a situation like this where there is a loss of life involved? Why isn’t he being challenged in interviews regarding the veracity of his story? She has pictures and a police report to back up her side of the story, what does he have on his end? If she wanted the story quiet, why would she leak pictures to a gossip website? Will the negative attention effect his position with Slaughter
We also take a look at the Right Wing’s assault on Barack and Michelle Obama by way of “terrorist” “gangster” “cop-killer advocate” rapper Common. Is this just a desperate swipe at the President in the wake of his post bin Laden impenetrability? Why Common? Is he just collateral damage during politics as usual? We address the situation on multiple levels.
Tyler the Creator’s album Goblin was released this week and we look at the effect of his album on the current music. What makes Tyler and his music so compelling? What is the quality of the album versus its impact? How will this release bolster the prestige of the rest of the Odd Future collective? We examine the album and its surrounding issues on the show.
Finally we take the roundup of the NBA playoffs and chronicle my beloved Lakers getting their asses handed to them by the Dallas Mavericks. Is this the end for Kobe and the Lake Show?
