Papoose Speaks On Remy, NYC Hip-Hop, And His Future

By Odeisel

Our Friends over at Forbez DVD caught up with Papoose in his native environment. We haven’t heard from the cat in a while, but that doesn’t mean he’s been resting on his laurels. With his wife in jail and his prospects for a major label deal seemingly exhausted, Papoose has garnered enough juice from his track record to go on tours and still be able to feed himself and his family.

In this interview, the amped-up  rapper(who can’t seem to stay still throughout the video) along with his block affiliates, talk about their struggle, their hidden triumphs and their time on the road. They talk about New York Hip-Hop and the truth behind the separation that exists between New York rappers. He shouts out his imprisoned wife, and his people give him constant co-signs and comedic ad-libs. It’s solid. Take a look.
