Mr. Carey has a few things to say to the haters, naysayers and negative Nates out there. You think he’s an easy target? You think his steez is played, or was never all of that to begin with? Well screw you. Nick Cannon is rich and he tells you that over and over ….. and over again in his latest single, “I’m So Wack.”
First of all, you are playing yourself if you say, “I ain’t like Drumline or Roll Bounce,” because you did. Dudes, you are trippin’ if you have never once said to yourself, “Self. Mariah is looking good in that (insert skimpy piece of clothing here.)” And lastly, if you can’t find a single piece of Nick Cannon music that you can jam to, then you’re deaf. Wait. No. Nick Cannon’s music is kind of wack.

“I’m So Wack” finds Nick Cannon sing/rapping over a slow, bass heavy, Cool Kids-esque beat about all the hot broads he’s boned and all the money he has. He drives a Maybach and he can say “nothing” in Spanish, but he never mentions anything about his mic skills.
I understand the song is supposed to mock those who speak ill of him, but it’s quite ironic that in his sarcasm he displays how bad his emcee skills really are. Don’t get me wrong, I think Cannon is a talented actor, but this just isn’t his shtick.
My English is fucked up. Who cares about grammar? You can ask Kelsey. Your friends is drama.

You know, Nick Cannon isn’t going anywhere. He has enough ability (in other areas) to work in entertainment for a while. Plus, he’s already been tapped as executive material. But Hip-Hop is not his forte, and the sooner he realizes that, the sooner he will alleviate the need to defend himself against the truth.
