Well, it’s St. Patrick’s Day and I’m not Irish nor have I ever been to Ireland. I know St. Patrick is credited for bringing Christianity to Ireland, that’s why I always found it amusing he’s celebrated by getting drunk on green beer. But hey, I’m sure plenty of us have had a beer or two on Lil Baby Jesus’ b-day. It just wasn’t the color of sea foam. If the Irish are glad about having lots of Christians in their ranks, then I’m happy for them. That’s about all I can say about the holiday since I don’t drink lager and I look horrible in green. I guess all we can do now is roll out some Irish tunes. Not like jig or polka stuff, but something a bit more modern. So happy St. Patrick’s Day and show a little reverence to the man who got all of this started before you ask everyone to kiss you. Pop a mint too. Thanks.
