Charles Hayes IS THE BEST PRODUCER MY GIRLS (INFINITY) HAS WORK WITH IN THE 5YRS. IN THE MUSIC BUSINESS.
Love: “People call themselves producers because they made a CD that they can play for their friends, but Maestro and I were saying at the Nashville Recording Workshop how important it is to know the key of the song, the style, where it’s coming from and where it’s going. That sounds so cliché, but it is so true.”
Moral: Take the time to learn your craft, or at least be knowledgeable about the areas that affect what you’re going after. Most importantly, be better than good at what you do!
Great interview!
I heard this guy play bass at a Blue Note in Japan. He’s AWESOME!
Quite possibly the worlds most dangerous bass player!
Does anyone know how to get ahold of Charles? If so, email audioj79@hotmail.com
Cheers
