Happy Holidays to everyone. We’re back for another week of Out of Bounds. It’s been a rough week for your old boy the Rowdy One. Been a lil under the weather with a stomach bug, but I still gotta get those picks to yall. So since it’s better to give than to receive during the holidays, I figured I would hit yall with an abundance of picks for the holiday season.

Since I’m in the holiday spirit, I figured I would lay off of my usual rants and bring some holiday joy. Today, there’s an abundance of games on the old telly. And with most of us sports fans being on vacation during the holidays, we gotta stay on point with the games. So today, as my gift to you, I offer up not just my NFL picks, but my picks for today’s NBA games.

It seems as though the NBA has decided to rule the day with five games on tap on ESPN and ABC. Here’s a look at today’s schedule:

On top of that, the NFL is giving us a prime time treat on the NFL Network with the Tennessee Titans hosting the San Diego Chargers. So let’s start with my picks for today’s NBA Christmas Day games.

So there’s my picks for this Christmas Day, and my last set of NFL picks for 2009. Before I go and get back into bed with this stomach bug, I wanna share a Christmas tale with you. Since today’s big NBA match-up is the Cleveland Cavaliers against the Los Angeles Lakers, it’s only fitting that I share the tale of a trash talking  reindeer, a veteran on the court, and the sleigh, and two MVPs (Most Valuable Puppets).
