could mm be revied by his moms milk? that would be cool.
Maybe...but this brotha is DEAD! Thinking like Butcher, maybe he thought the same thing and decided to really take MM out. He knew is a straight hand to hand fight MM would kill him so the smart thing to do is to blow his ass up and keep it moving.

Nobody? Anybody? Fuck your lives, man.
Also, I read Hickman's The Red Wing in TPB for the first time since I read the individual issues. Back then I thought it was just okay, a book that really demanded to be read in one sitting like most of Hickman's Image work. So last night I sat down to read it and it blew my fucking mind so much I had to sit down and re-read it again this morning. And not until that moment this morning when I put the book down did I fully comprehend the greatness I had just read.

That's from his Pronea website. I've been crying for minutes straight after reading this. Nick Fury's god might have a hammer, but mine has a pen. It’s no small thing to die and be born again.
After a certain amount of time you get tired of wasting talent. Of being part of a fraudulent profession — or actually being a fraud. And, most importantly, not living the life you are capable of having.
I remember the first night I went out with my wife. It was raining, she was beautiful… it was a normal, ordinary, intentionally uneventful, date. But at some point during that evening I had, I don’t know what you call it, a vision, a moment where time collapsed in on itself… regardless, I knew that I’d marry her. And so I did.
Because sometimes everything in the universe briefly aligns to show you how things should be — the total commitment to change that follows means all the things you think it might: honesty, amputation, reinvention and renaissance. Jonathan Hickman was born in South Carolina in the year 1972.
He was reborn in March of 2006.
The Walking Dead? More like The Writing Dead, amiright?
That was a fast read and it just felt rushed but I guess we need issues like this to balance out things once the shit hits the fan again. Just tripping after the shit in issue 100 101 would pick right up and get knee deep into it but I understand why he paced and wrote this issue this way.

I'm cool with just reading on here what happens in that book from now on. Fuck that guy and this shitty book. I didn't bother reading this month and won't until I hear good things.
To me the bigger problem is how it's all following the same pattern again. This is just the Prison Arc 2.0, which in itself was already following the pattern of the arcs before it. It's just gotten horribly stale and the fact there's barely any character development left (unless you count Rick switching between being a bad-ass and a whiny bitch boy every two issues) just kills it.
On to better things, I can't honestly be the only one who's reading (and loving) Saga as well as the Valiant books, am I?
