People say that they are suffering from event fatigue but the numbers show that when there's no overarching event the numbers go down. I'm looking forward to fear itself. Really anything Thor related. Has anyone seen the Fear itself pictures with the fake hammers?

I've come to notice that the people that complain about event fatigue and the like are the people who don't buy comics anyway. lol

And yeah, I'll admit that I am kinda amped for Fear Itself, if only to see what Marvel pulls out of it's hat.

But sometimes I wonder if a lot of the stuff I read is out of loyalty for the name. I can't stand Bendis, but I can't. Stop. READING HIS SHIT!!!!

yeah book loyalty can be a real bitch

also realy currious about fear it self . mabey becaus most events lately have been kind of a let down like shadow land and chaos war

Not gonna lie, the events pull me in every time. Even the "guess who" shit they pull with the blocked out characters. Been an event dude since Executioner's Song and Infinity Gauntlet.

Yea, I love large events, but I think it is ok for them to take a break from them hear and there. When one event leads into another it gets to be a bit much.

The thing about events are that Marvel makes it impossible for you to ignore them because they suck in almost ever other book. In order to avoid an event you have to completely drop an entire line of comics and stick to reading the more fringe titles.

I'm suffering from event fatigue. One of the problems is that Marvel turns almost everything in an event even if it should've just been a story limited within one book (like Shadowland could've been handled in just the Daredevil book).

Daaaaayuuuum @ S.H.I.E.L.D. So much has happened and almost nothing has concluded, lol. I mean, I knew this was on-going but still, it's going to be one hell of a wait until Book Two, especially if Hickman wants to stick with Weaver. At least we're getting the stories of Newton, Da Vinci, etc. in the meantime.
