(NECN) - New England Patriots safety Brandon Meriweather is accused of shooting two people in his home state of Florida. That's according to the website ''Deadspin,'' which spoke to a lawyer for the victims.
According to this lawyer John Morgan, Meriweather shot the two men after a fight on February 27th in Apopka, Florida.
One man was hit in the head, and another man's face was grazed by a bullet. Both victims attended high school with Meriweather.
According to the Deadspin report, no arrests have been made in the case. The Orange County Sheriff's Department is now investigating.
