Alcohol is all I need.
I'm in Rotterdam which is like an hour by train. I wouldn't know what there is to experience for a tourist besides pot. Taking in the culture, visit some museums? lol Not that I have any experience with it of course but there's enough opportunity to get shitfaced on alcohol every night of the day so that's probably right in your lane.
