Bullet Points: When Thugs Cry For Trayvon

By Juste J

Yo, to you rappers in these United States of America, if your entire persona and your music is dedicated to how you will kill other “niggas” please don’t tell me nothing about this Trayvon Martin situation. I don’t want to hear from gang bangers about Trayvon Martin. I don’t want to hear from drug dealers about Trayvon Martin.

All of you Negroes who glorify and embody the self hate that racist love to see in us, please don’t talk to me about Trayvon Martin. I don’t want to see any rapper who talks about Negro life as if it is worthless wearing no damn hoodies in support of Trayvon Martin. If you consider kids that go to school, who can read, can write, add and subtract, speak in coherent English, if you think that those kids are lames or marks or whatever the new slang is, don’t talk to me about Trayvon Martin.

Trayvon Martin talk is not for you b. This is not your fight, it’s not your issue and your voice is not needed. George Zimmerman took the life of a young boy because he didn’t like the way he looked. If you condone the killing of another Negreo because of the color of his shirt or the rag that hangs out of his back pocket, what makes you any different from George Zimmerman?

Don’t talk to me about Trayvon Martin if you think it’s ok to take the life of another Negro because of the way he looked at you. You can’t have it both ways, I won’t let you. If you are a savage then you are a savage, be you a racist white man or a self-loathing Negro. If you don’t care when a Negro is killed by a drug dealer or a gang banger or an everyday savage, why do you care now? Don’t tell me, I don’t want to know, it was a rhetorical question.

The protest over the Trayvon Martin murder isn’t just about justice; this is about the worth of Negro life in this country. So if you think it’s ok to rap about, to talk about the killing of “snitch niggas” and others who you view as undesirable living in the ‘hood, you can’t talk on behalf of Trayvon Martin, b.

No it’s not ok for you to give the world your insight on the tragic death of young boy who went to the store for ice tea and candy. What would you say that it’s wrong to take a life? No one would believe you because that doesn’t mesh with all the other things you’ve said and done. Nah b, you’re wrong. Most people don’t want to hear your opinion. Your opinion on gun violence or how Negro life is so easily destroyed is about as valid as my opinion on brain surgery, pure unadulterated fuckery. Never will I respect anything you have to say on this subject. And you should feel ok with this, after all there’s just one less lame-ass nigga for you to kill, right? Right.
