Britney Spears’ team must have tiger blood in their veins. No matter what she does to herself, her career stays winning. What other celebrity female could survive a few babies and charges of dangerous motherhood, drunken coochie exposure, shaving her hair off, getting fat, and basically going bat-shit crazy? Brit has done all of that but her riders remain true and she stays in the spotlight even when she isn’t going out. Can you imagine if Beyonce went baldilocks? The checks keep rolling in from perfume and a bunch of things associated with brand Britney and now she nears a return to the music marketplace with the coming album Femme Fatale.
Unlike many stars from the late 90s’ early millennium, Spears refuses to get put on the backburner. She’s adopted new weapons like Sound Cloud to get ahead of leaks and to share her new music with fans; strategic brilliance that will get her digital army moving and create anticipation for the new project.
From what he’s done so far, she’s going to keep the dance music rolling in 2011. There is distortion and deep, low thump and robotic melody in the DNA of these tracks and she has collaborated with some strong producers on the project including will.i.am (“Big Fat Bass) and a rumored song featuring the red-hot Nicki Minaj.
Here’s a few snippets to tide you over until the release of Femme Fatale, slated for March 28th. Sounds like she’s got another hit on her hands. *Refuses an oops she did it again reference. We’ll save it for the review. Peace.
